How to Book: self catering luxury accomodation
Please follow these instructions:
- Check the Availability & Rates and identify the dates you would like to reserve
- Next, click on the start dates you wish to book and you will be taken to our online booking form.
- Fill in your name, email address and contact telephone number and then click the 'Submit' button. Please make sure you use a valid email address as we need this to confirm your reservation. (Note: You can also download a booking form here if you would rather not submit your details online).
- That's it! Once we receive your booking request we'll contact you within 3 days (usually much sooner!) to discuss the booking in further detail.
Payment. ANY NEW BOOKINGS FROM 1st May will be guaranteed a total refund should the covid lockdown be extended into your week of stay
A cheque to the value of 25% of the total fee is payable immediately as a non-refundable deposit and must be received by us within 7 days of the initial booking.
If you have booked within 8 weeks of the start date, full payment will be required.
If the cheque is not received within the stated period, 7 days, we will assume you have changed your mind and the dates will revert back to available. Obviously, if there is a genuine reason why payment has not been received, ie postal strike, we will keep the dates booked for your for a mutually agreed period beyond the 7 days.
The balance will be due on or before 8 weeks before the start date. You will be sent a reminder 1 week before the balance is due.
You are, of course, welcome to pay the full balance when you confirm the booking.
